The apartment hotel offers clean and quite spacious rooms kept tidy by pleasant daily housekeeping. However, the rooms look nothing like in the pictures and have very little lighting. The service was extremely helpful and friendly, although the building is not good value for money. The location is average, with peaceful surroundings and close proximity to some attractions. The dining experience could be improved by opening early for breakfast. The facilities are basic yet functional.

Although the rooms were exceedingly hot, making it uncomfortable to sleep or relax, the convenient location next to Tram 4 provides easy access to the city center within 10 minutes, with the final stop at Centraal station for convenient commuting.
